First-time clients often over-prepare by bringing ten charts or under-prepare by arriving with unmarked screenshots. Three to five marked setups is the sweet spot for a four-hour review.

One week before

Complete the pre-session questionnaire about holding period, average size, and markets traded. If you trade US ADRs from Bangkok, note your usual entry session (often evening ICT) so we align stop comments with your execution window.

48 hours before

Email chart exports. Label files clearly: TICKER_daily.png. Include a one-line thesis in the email body — not a full report, just "long off 50-day support after earnings gap hold" is enough.

On the day

Bring reading glasses if you need them, a notebook for your own notes, and cash or transfer details for the balance. We provide pencils, rulers, and the filter checklist.

Do not expect buy or sell calls. Expect direct feedback on whether your entries meet the filters you say you use. Many first-time clients leave with two passes, two fails, and one borderline — that ratio is normal.

Afterward

Use the one-week email follow-up for a single clarifying question about a filter mark, not for new setups. Book a second review when your watchlist refreshes with new bases.
