By accessing portalredwoodway.click or booking a training session with Portal Redwood Way Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide in-person swing trading chart review training, entry filter workshops, and related educational sessions at our Bangkok training room. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or provide personalised investment advice regulated under Thai securities law.

3. Bookings and payment

Session dates are confirmed after receipt of any required deposit stated on our pricing page. Fees are quoted in Thai Baht. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and chart materials by agreed deadlines.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, filter checklists, and site content are owned by Portal Redwood Way Co., Ltd. You may use printed materials for personal trading review. You may not reproduce, sell, or publish our materials without written permission.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, submit unlawful content through contact forms, or disrupt sessions. We may refuse service to participants who harass staff or other attendees.

6. Disclaimers

Training content is educational. Past chart examples do not guarantee future results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and compliance with applicable laws and broker terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or attendance at sessions, including trading losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a booked session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
