• Session preferences (service type, dates, markets traded)
• Chart screenshots you send for session preparation

We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, prepare printed materials, process payments, and improve our website. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on your consent (contact forms, optional analytics), contract performance (booked sessions), and legitimate interests (operating a secure website and maintaining business records).

5. Retention

Enquiry emails are retained up to 24 months unless a booking converts to a client record. Client session notes and chart prints are retained up to 36 months for follow-up support, then securely destroyed. Payment records are kept as required by Thai accounting law.
