Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to fees paid for in-person training sessions booked through Portal Redwood Way Co., Ltd., including swing setup reviews, entry filter foundations workshops, and weekly chart circle membership.

Cancellation by you

• More than 72 hours before session start: Full refund of deposit or prepaid fee.
• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 60 days.
• Less than 24 hours before: No refund; reschedule at our discretion with a 500 THB admin fee.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the session fee. Chart materials prepared for your session cannot be refunded separately.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included when you notify us at least 72 hours ahead. Additional changes incur a 300 THB handling fee. Workshop seats may move to the next open date if space allows.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel due to instructor illness or room unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra cost.

Chart circle membership

Monthly circle fees are non-refundable once the month begins. You may cancel future months with email notice before the first Friday of that month. One courtesy seat transfer per quarter applies as stated on the service page.

Deposits

Setup review deposits are applied to the session fee. Refundable under the cancellation windows above. Deposits are not transferable to another person without our written approval.

Work already started

If a one-to-one session begins and you leave early, no partial refund is issued. If we determine that preparation work exceeded agreed scope due to our error, we may offer a partial credit toward a future booking.

Printed materials

Workbooks and chart prints produced before cancellation are non-refundable once printed, as they contain session-specific markup.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original bank transfer account. We do not refund to third-party payment services we do not use.

Email hello@portalredwoodway.click with your booking date, session type, and reason. Include the account name used for payment. Phone 092-485-6317 for urgent same-day cancellations.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable Thai consumer protection law where those rights apply.
