Read your swing setups before you commit capital

Portal Redwood Way runs focused chart review sessions where traders bring their own watchlists, mark their proposed entries, and work through entry filters with an instructor at the desk.

What happens in a session

Each visit follows the same workbook structure: context, setup, filters, then a written plan you take home.

  1. 01

    Bring your marked charts

Arrive with three to five swing candidates on daily or four-hour timeframes. We work from your broker screenshots or TradingView exports.

  2. 02

    Apply entry filters together

We walk through trend alignment, volume confirmation, and invalidation levels using a printed filter checklist developed in-house.

  3. 03

    Leave with a written plan

You receive a one-page summary per setup: entry zone, stop, target, and the specific filter that passed or failed.

After the half-day review I stopped entering on the first green candle. The filter sheet now sits next to my keyboard — I still disagree with one of the rules, but at least I know why I am taking a trade.
